At Circle Lazy K Ranch, we believe in starting a horse right. We do not throw a horse together for anyone. We believe that some horses are fast learners, and some need a little more time. A horse can tell you what they are ready for and how much they can handle. We will not promise you we will have your horse done the quickest. We do promise an honest 30 days of riding for 30 days of pay and as much as the horse is able to learn in that amount of time...not as much as we can force the horse to do. It is our job at Circle Lazy K Ranch to make sure that your horse has the right foundation from the start. Without the proper foundation no building can stay erect...and no horse can stay together. This is essentially how we have achieved so much success starting colts for such a wide range of disciplines. Cow horse, cutting, reining, barrel racing, roping, hunt/jump...you name it there is a BTS started colt out there doing it. We also accept problem horses, whether it's a combination rider/horse issue or one that may not have had the proper start. Whatever the case may be, we will find the issue and create a plan of action to make your troubles history and your future something to look forward to!
